Info Just for 3D Artist Subscribers

Reading Your Mailing Label

The top line of your mailing label on regular 3D Artist magazine mailings will look like this: 42 Y SUB#10123 LAST=43. Here's what all that means.

42 Y SUB#10123 LAST=43
^^ = the issue in the bag or envelope

42 Y SUB#10123 LAST=43
   ^ = mail class: Y = 1st class/airmail, N = 3rd class/surface

42 Y SUB#10123 LAST=43
         ^^^^^ = your subscriber # (don't lose it! <grin>)

42 Y SUB#10123 LAST=43
                    ^^ = the last issue in your subscription

Note: Except for U.S. First Class mail, we cannot guarantee delivery of copies sent to an obsolete address. In the U.S., the post office usually trashes such copies and does not advise us of address changes. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure that we send your issues to your correct current address. Please give us 6-week's notice of an address change.

Renewal Notices

You will be sent one notice when you have two issues left, and one more when there is only one issue left. (Subscribers outside the U.S. are sent their notices by airmail.)
___ That's it! We will not hit you with premature notices or bury you in a blizzard of notices, so please act quickly when we do contact you.
___ You can watch the status of your subscription by noting the "LAST = ##" part of the top line on your mailing label, which tells you what the last issue number is in your subscription.

Free Classified Advertising

Each 3D Artist subscriber can take one free six-line classified ad (38 characters per line) worth us$48, except no ads related to employment. Renewing subscribers, however, can run any kind of classified including artist wanted or for hire. (Employment ads ads are posted quickly to our Web 3D jobs page, as well as appearing in print.)
___ "Rain checks" are accepted on this subscriber benefit. You don't have to act immediately upon subscription.
___ Ads sometimes will be run in a second issue if we don't hear instructions from you not to.
___ You can E-mail your classified, along with some subscriber identification, to <ads@3dartist.com>, or fax to 505/820-6929, or mail to 3D Artist, P.O. Box 4787, Santa Fe, NM 87502 USA. (We don't take classifieds over the phone.)
